Head lice belong to the category of parasites
as they depend on other beings for their
food, and it is a commonly occurring one
in most of the mammals. It habitually breeds
under moist, warmth and protection medium.
The size of an adult louse will be the size
of a sesame seed. The parasite has six tiny
legs that help them for their grip and quick
locomotion. The multiply quickly and it's
difficult to eradicate them completely from
the medium. Moreover, it can transfer from
one host to the other swiftly. It sucks
blood from the head and also forms scratches
between the hairs. It makes the hair medium
itchy when becomes damp as they will be
active during that condition. Head lice
